  • For 4 people: 200 g of instant polenta (precooked). 1 bunch of basil. 200 g of old cantal. 10 black olives pitted. 1 C. crushed pepper


Chop the basil. Cut the cheese into strips with a thrifty knife. Pour the polenta into 90 cl of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often. As soon as the polenta thickens, add cheese, basil, olives and pepper. Beat vigorously to mix and serve hot with a green salad.
