Ingredients:

For 4 people :

  • Small nests:

  • 75 g of butter
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g flour
  • The ganache:
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 70 ml of liquid cream

Preparation:

Melt the butter and add the chocolate. When the chocolate is melted add the sugar and mix well. Stir in the eggs and flour.

Bake at 160 ° C for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool on a rack.

Meanwhile prepare the ganache. Heat the cream then off the heat add the chocolate, mix vigorously to obtain a smooth ganache.
