  • Milk, semolina, chocolate.
  • Preparation: 15 mn
  • Cooking time: 15 minutes


Put the milk in a skillet (the best) or a pan, add the semolina, then stir for a long time. It must be liquid like puree, but much more. If it is not liquid enough, add milk. If it's too liquid from the semolina. Pour the mixture into a flat plate (you have to make a nice big circle), then sprinkle with chocolate. Enjoy your meal !
